Böschen IT Investments acquires Encaps

Böschen IT Investments, part of Böschen Investments and owned by the Böschen family, has acquired all shares in Encaps.
The acquisition follows earlier transactions involving Comsenso in May and InfoProjects B.V. in July.
This marks the fourth acquisition in just 14 months for the organisation, which is pursuing its growth ambitions through a buy, build and hold strategy, supported by M&A specialist Marktlink. Böschen IT Investments focuses on acquiring vertical software companies and IT Managed Service Providers within the European market.
Acquisition of Bizqit: The journey began in August of last year with the acquisition of Bizqit, an MSP service provider. At that time, Böschen IT Investments set its sights on building a strong and long-term presence across various IT sectors. The Bizqit deal was executed in-house by the Böschen management team. Based on that experience, the company decided to engage Marktlink for future transactions.
Initially focused on the Dutch market, Böschen IT Investments plans to expand internationally where opportunities align with its strategy. The Family Office follows a simple and transparent deal structure and primarily uses its own capital for acquisitions. Acquired companies continue to operate independently, maintaining their unique identity and culture. At the same time, they benefit from shared knowledge and synergies in procurement, HR and finance.
The acquisition of Comsenso in May 2022 was the first guided by Marktlink. Comsenso is an MSP with a strong focus on infrastructure and security solutions for upper SME and multinational clients. Most recently, Böschen IT Investments acquired Encaps B.V., an MSP with a strong foothold in the hospitality sector. This transaction followed the acquisition of InfoProjects, based in Bussum.
InfoProjects offers a software suite that enables organisations to manage their online communication needs effectively. As a full-service provider, it supports its clients with proprietary content management software (IPROX). Its customer base consists primarily of large government institutions.
